Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Because The Guest Edit provides immediate access to digital infrastructure and cloud storage upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a gallery has been actively used (e.g., photos have been uploaded).
2. Accidental Purchases
If you made a purchase accidentally and have not yet shared your QR code or uploaded any photos to the gallery, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
3. Service Interruptions
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent your guests from using the service during your event, please contact our support team. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team with your account email and gallery details. Processing approved refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
