By accessing or using The Guest Edit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on The Guest Edit's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Service Provision

The Guest Edit provides a digital photo sharing service for events. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

Event galleries and associated photos are stored securely. We reserve the right to delete inactive galleries or galleries that have exceeded their storage duration (12 months from the event date) according to our internal data retention policies.
